# Synchronisierung Maschinendaten

Bei einigen Maschinen sind Informationen zum aktuell laufenden Fertigungsauftrag und zum hergestellten Produkt direkt auf der SPS oder einer anderen OT-Datenquelle verfügbar. In solchen Fällen können wir diese Informationen über die Anbindung der jeweiligen Datenquelle auslesen.

Dazu greifen wir gezielt auf die Variablen in der Steuerung zu, die den Fertigungsauftrag und das Produkt beschreiben. Diese Daten verknüpfen wir anschließend mit den aufgezeichneten Zeitreihendaten und übersetzen sie in eine strukturierte Auftragsbelegung.

Die Einrichtung dieser Funktion übernimmt einer unserer Integrationsexperten und erfolgt aufwandsbasiert. Für weitere Informationen und eine Kostenabschätzung wende dich einfach an deinen ENLYZE Ansprechpartner.
