With Grafana you can easily visualize data from the ENLYZE Manufacturing Data Platform. You can either use a self-hosted Grafana instance or the ENLYZE-hosted Grafana platform. To retrieve data, we primarily use two types of data sources. You can find out more about these connectors and which data you can access with them here.
This is a Grafana plug-in developed by ENLYZE, which is available by default in Platform Grafana. You can use it to retrieve machine data such as line speeds, temperature and pressure values. This data source is therefore ideal for time series displays, status displays and comparisons of target and actual values.
The control panel consists of drop-down input fields for location, machine and variable. All active variables of the ENLYZE app can be called up.
Infinity data sources are a plug-in developed by Grafana that serves as a connector for APIs. This makes it perfect for establishing a connection to the ENLYZE API. You can find out more about Infinity data sources in the official Grafana documentation.
A data source connected to the ENLYZE API provides direct access to several predefined data tables. Detailed descriptions of the data contained can be found in the linked API documentation.
Sites: All sites present in the ENLYZE Data platform.
Machines: All machines for all sites.
Products: All products that have been so far registered on the platform.
Variables: All active variables from all machines.
Production Runs: All orders registered on the platform from all machines.
Downtimes: All downtimes registered on the platform from all machines.
The use of this data source is varied and complex. For a first insight into the use of Infinity data sources, we recommend this tutorial: OEE data with Infinity data source
