Your shopfloor at a glance

The ENLYZE App gives you a central overview of your entire shopfloor. Monitor machine statuses in real time, track production performance, and explore historical process data on a customizable timeline.

Home

The Home Screen gives you a central overview of your entire shopfloor. With it you can understand in a moment how your machines are operating. Additionally, the home screen offers a short summary of the OEE of your site and the latest events in your production.

Machine overview

This section helps you quickly assess the current state of your shopfloor.

Each machine is represented by a machine card, and its displayed status reflects the machine's real-time condition.

If you would like to know more about the different machine statuses, you can find a detailed description in the machine status section.

Production overview

The Production Overview helps you understand which losses affected your OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) during a specific time.

It supports you in:

  • analyzing productivity across recent hours and shifts,

  • identifying problematic orders or incorrect bookings,

  • and assessing the current level of data quality.

Side menu

On the left side of the ENLYZE app, you will find the navigation menu with the following options

  • A dropdown menu to select the site and the display language of the app.

  • A search box that allows you to search for orders and products registered in ENLYZE.

  • The different app sections

  • The app settings

Machine status

In ENLYZE, each machine can have a specific status based on its configuration level and available data. These statuses are shown on the home screen of the ENLYZE App as machine cards.

Machine cards provide real-time insights into what is happening with each machine and prompt you to take action when necessary.

Below you will find a detailed explanation of all possible machine statuses in ENLYZE. For each status that requires action, we explain what it means and how to resolve it.

Machine operation statuses

Downtime

When a machine is in downtime, its machine card will appear red and display the duration since the downtime began.

  • If a downtime reason has already been assigned, it will be shown on the card.

  • If no reason has been set yet, the card will state, No reason provided.

Setup sheet not configured for this product

This status indicates that no setup sheet is available for the product currently in production. This can mean:

  • A setup sheet template hasn't been configured for the machine: Setup sheet

  • A product-specific setup sheet hasn't been defined yet: Setup sheet

Performance deviation control

If a setup sheet is available for the current product, the machine card monitors deviations in the defined performance parameter:

  • When performance is within limits, the card displays a green line.

  • If performance goes outside the limits, the card shows a red area indicating the deviation from the nearest threshold. The target is shown as a red line.

For a deeper analysis of process deviations, use the Co-Pilot for live process control or the batch protocol to review past production runs.

Missing configuration

Machine not configured

This status appears when a machine has not yet been configured to record performance parameters.

Click Set up performance recording to open the configuration interface.

Missing downtime configuration

This machine card appears in the production overview section of the home screen. If downtime detection hasn't been set up for a machine, its card will look like the picture above.

Click Set up downtime detection to start the configuration process. Learn more about downtime configuration: OEE

Booking data

No booking data

This means ENLYZE has not received information about the current production Order or product running on the machine.

Without this data, ENLYZE cannot calculate the performance KPI, as it is product-specific.

Learn how to include booking data in ENLYZE: IT-Connectivity.

Already synchronized booking data but still seeing this status?

The issue might be caused by delayed booking data or the lack of live production runs. While ENLYZE can work with this data, the machine card processes booking data in real time. If booking data is sent only once per day or after the order is closed, the machine card will continue to display No booking data.

Overlapping bookings

This status appears when two or more orders synced to ENLYZE overlap in time. This results in poor data quality and prevents accurate OEE calculation because the platform can't determine which product is currently running.

Click Fix overlap to know more about the issue.

Fixing overlapping bookings

Clicking Fix overlap opens this overview of all open bookings assigned to the machine:

In this window you can find all open orders that have been assigned to the machine. Since none of the orders have an end time, they are overlapping. A way to fix it is to define an end time for the two oldest orders, for example, by setting the end time equal to the start time of the next order.

For a more precise definition, we recommend checking the machine process data either in the Timeline or using the analysis dashboard.

No data

If ENLYZE stops receiving data from a machine's performance parameter, the machine card will show a dotted performance line. The system treats this as downtime and displays how long the data loss has lasted.

Causes of missing data can vary depending on your infrastructure. We recommend you check this guide to troubleshoot missing data or connection.

Timeline

The Timeline section in the ENLYZE App provides a comprehensive view by combining production orders with relevant process parameters for a specific machine — all in a single, customizable visualization. You can easily select, modify, and remove the parameters shown, making the Timeline your personalized summary for each machine.

Timeline visualization

The Timeline displays data from the past 7 days.

  • The top row shows the production orders.

  • Each row below displays a selected machine process parameter.

  • All rows share the same time axis (x-axis), so you can match and compare data across parameters and production runs.

Sampling rate

The data is visualized at a 10-minute sampling rate to ensure readability over a 7-day span. However, ENLYZE records data at a much higher frequency — every 10 seconds. For more granular analysis, use the reports or external tools like Grafana.

Interactive features

  • Hovering over a parameter displays its value at that specific point in time.

  • A red vertical line indicates the exact timestamp you're inspecting, helping you correlate data points with production orders.

  • Clicking on a production order opens a detailed report in a side peek window.

Use the navigation menu in the top-left corner (beneath the machine tabs) to move through time:

  • Single arrows: Move forward or backward by 1 day

  • Double arrows: Move by 1 week

  • Calendar icon: Jump to any date

  • Today button: Return to the current day

Configuration

  2. You can add up to 6 charts, each displaying one numerical process parameter.

  3. Parameters are listed on the left. Use drag and drop to assign them to a chart.

    • Parameters already in use appear in bold.

    • Use the search box to quickly find specific variables.

  4. Each chart must have a title.

  5. Rearrange charts via drag and drop.

  6. Click Apply changes to save your configuration.
