Products are what is manufactured on your machines.
A product is what is manufactured on your machines. Every production run is assigned to exactly one product. This is how ENLYZE knows what was produced at a given time and can derive product-specific expectations for the production.
Production runs of the same product are considered together in ENLYZE. This enables a range of analyses:
Performance: each product has its own maximum performance against which actual performance is measured (Maximum Demonstrated Speed).
Quality: the quality KPI is calculated per product.
Golden Run: across all runs of a product, the Golden Run can be identified, i.e., the best run achieved so far.
Process control: per product, target values and limits for variables can be defined in the setup sheet.
A product is manufactured through one or more production runs.
A product can have a setup sheet per machine.
