Invite and remove members

Admins can invite and remove members of their organization.

Overview

The page to perform the following actions is only accessible by Admins in the organization.

The Members page, which can be found by going to Platform > Settings > Members, shows a list of current members. Here, you can see all workspace members and filter based on their roles and status.

Send an invitation

With admin permissions, you can invite a new member to your orgnanization. To send an invitation:

  1. Click the Invite button.

  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

  3. Select the role you want the invitee to have when joining the organization. Click here to learn more about roles and their permissions.

  4. Click Send invites. New members will receive an invite link via email along with steps to join the workspace.

Remove Members

With admin permissions, you can remove a member from the organization (most frequently when an employee offboards.)

  1. Locate the member in the table, then click the three-dot menu in the last column of their row.

  2. Select and click Remove user

The member will be removed from the organization and will be then unable to access it.
